Eight years ago, Greer dove into the administrative world of real estate with a vision of one day, after she had learned the ropes, becoming a producing agent. In fact, in one of her very first interviews for an administrative assistant position, the voicing of her ambition to one day be an agent cost her the job (fun fact: she was hired by that fabulous team five years later as their Director of Operations).

Within those eight years, she has had the fortune of donning nearly every hat in the industry; from transaction coordination to managing amazing administrative roles and the wonderful people who filled them, to taking part in the discovery, creation, and implementation of countless systems, and more; she has done it all. She has learned the ropes are exactly where her passion lies: in helping others grow businesses that enable them to realize their dreams and lead lives they're genuinely proud of and excited by.

ELEVATE Group's full realization in 2024 was fueled by that relentless, entrepreneurial spirit many of us know all too well.

With an impressive track record of managing over 1,000 transactions, mastering numerous CRMs, refining systems and streamlining processes, collaborating alongside visionaries to breathe life into successful business strategies, and above all, enhancing the client experience while simplifying the jobs of the agents, Greer has undeniably discovered her niche.
